How translations work

AI first, human review after. Write your activity in English and we handle the rest.

Activities on Turinity go live in over 20 languages. You do not translate anything yourself.

The flow

You create the activity in English. English is the base language for everything: title, description, what is included, meeting point, price labels.

Our system generates translations using AI models, and a team of professional translators reviews the output for the languages we publish in. By the time a listing goes live on the public marketplace, each language has been through both steps.

If you spot a mistranslation

The review catches most things, but translation is never 100%. If a traveller or you spot something off in a specific language, email partners@turinity.com with the activity name, the language and the line that reads wrong. We fix it and push the correction to production.

Why the operator panel is English-only

The panel you use to create activities, edit prices and manage bookings is in English for now. Operators coming from every region share the same panel, and a single language keeps training, support and documentation consistent.

This may change in the future. Activity content is fully multilingual on the public side, which is the side that matters for conversion.
