Connect via OCTO to Turinity

How operators using an OCTO-compatible system activate their inventory on Turinity.

OCTO is the open standard for tours and activities. If your reservation system or channel manager speaks OCTO, you can connect it to Turinity. We activate it for you, not through self-service, because we need API credentials from the OCTO endpoint scoped to your account.

How to start

Email partners@turinity.com and tell us the OCTO-compatible system you use plus the email or company name your account is registered under. That's all we need to begin.

What happens next

  1. We contact the OCTO provider and request API access for your account.
  2. They share the credentials with us directly.
  3. We wire those credentials to your Turinity operator profile.
  4. Your activities, schedules, and availability start syncing into Turinity.

Turnaround depends on how quickly the provider's team responds. A few business days is typical.

Once it's live

You keep operating in your existing system. Bookings made on Turinity flow back through OCTO into your calendar like any other channel. Pricing and availability changes propagate automatically.

If you spot something off after activation, email partners@turinity.com and we'll check the connection.
